In case of Civil Engineering we use some special kind of chemical in concrete to prevent leakage in roof structure the specification in the manner of saying the content in that particular product will have an individual identity which can be used for specific purpose. How do you see the system working in the future? Does it need to be maintained or updated? Taking mobile phone has an example the product with certain specification is released before two years but the current model has an advanced feature with some advanced facilities but every product is released with updating option either online or offline, the mobile phone which is been released in the earlier version can be updated with the existing product specifications. This in turn meets the present specification or features of the product. In case of Civil Engineering we use water proofing chemicals during the construction of water tank but in future when the leakage starts due to some reason or failure in structure, but the system should be designed in such a way that the future problems can be rectified by some alternate methods. Whatever the type of product produced should be designed to meet the needs of future problems. The car is released with lower version and higher version, but when the customers like to buy the lower version and when they like to update the feature like A.C or safety air bag system in the later stage the system should have the provision to update the advanced specification whenever it is needed.
