Concept of Creativity: To bring something which does not exist or to make something new to process the work in a simpler way. Creative thinking brings new ideas in the design in a simplified way.
History of Creativity
Let us take an example of Library it’s well known it is the place where you can refer books on various topics also books will be maintained in number of volumes, but how to maintain this in a systematic way its mandatory that user has to register before taking a book everyone should have a individual id, in the earlier days the system has been started with this format but all records of user are maintained in a hand written or printed material also we have to consider that how many persons are in the library may be a kind of survey to improve the volume and to extend the section, we have a counting system which counts when a person enters and reduce the count when a person leaves and the librarian can know how many are inside. This particular system is much simplified but the librarian can’t know who is actually in the library does he or she belong to civil, mechanical,ece,eee etc., so they use computer as a medium to collect the database of person who use the library and how much time he or she is inside and also they can search books and through the book id number or by the name of the author. The system operation and working get much simplified by means of using computer and this particular system is developed by creative thinking of the person by means of using other technology which is used for various activities. Now the same principle has been adopted in all the fields now if it is the case of Civil Engineering when we want to build a house in a very early period we create plan by manual drawing which is much complicated and also time consuming and even if we want to design a structure may be abeam or a column we do manually but as day goes on we apply some computer programs to generate the result in a faster way and also in a simplified way. Even the building plan and elevation can be drawn and printed in a faster way. It is well known that when we want to cross a water body we need to cross some how to reach the destination but it is not possible to swim and reach the other end all the time when a group of people want to cross the medium we need a hand sailing boat but that sailing medium cannot be used for a longer distance, they started thinking and they attached a boat with a motor which help them to sail a long distance in faster and safer way.
Need for Creativity
Does every working system need some creativity, yes when we want to generate or process the working in a faster manner we need to do something new or to use additional system to make the system working faster and reliable. It helps in reevaluating the working principle of the existing system and make necessary step to work the existing system in a reliable manner, one we can call it has learning from the past.
Creative Environment
“Your imagination speaks to create a new thing we call it has creativity”. You have a working environment where you have got the files with lot of details but everything is get accumulated in one place including all data in a irregular random manner then it is very difficult to access or to use the system even if you have the intention to complete the work in a faster manner it is very difficult to manage it, so change the system by means of moving the files to different place where you divide and categories the files and keep it in concern section, now the working system gets much simplified .Technology Join hand with existing procedure to generate a product with creativity.
